Do you have a physical store?

No. DOSMIL operates online only. For ordering assistance, you may message @dosmil_ph, but webstore orders are prioritized.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. We can accommodate same-day delivery via Lalamove for Metro Manila / near Metro Manila depending on availability. Please message @dosmil_ph for coordination (webstore priority).

What courier do you use for webstore orders?

We use GoGo Xpress for webstore deliveries.

How do I track my package?

Once you receive your tracking number via email, you can track it here: GoGo Xpress Tracking.

Tracking number format is usually 12 characters. Sample: AT8V-YT7V-8JYM.

How long is delivery time?

Inside Manila: usually 2–3 days.

Outside Manila: expect 3–5 days (may vary by area and courier flow).

How do I cancel or change my order?

Please use the Order Cancellation Request form on our Support page. Any request involving changes (address / item / size / color) is treated as a cancellation request.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

Please submit a report using the General Concerns & Inquiries form on our Support page so we can assist you properly.

Do you accept Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible areas.

Do you accept GCash?

Yes. GCash is accepted. If you need payment assistance, you may message @dosmil_ph.

Where can I find the size chart / sizing guide?

The size chart is included in the product listing. Please check the product page before placing your order.

How do your t-shirts fit?

Our tees are regular fitting.

Do you customize / tailor / personalize DOSMIL pieces?

Do you offer international shipping?
